    Not happy with office staff. Will not return calls. When answered put off till tomorrow twice. Told will call in afternoon twice. Did not. A courtesy call would have been appreciated. For 5 days I have not gotten a chance to get a simple piece of information. I will have to drive a 3 hour round trip. And I am 73 years of age.not easy for me. And then not sure what to expect when I get there. It is in a risky part of town so I am afraid to travel there alone. Not really deserving of a 1 star only had to give or not be able to submit.

    My daughter was hit by a truck.i was told that I would be able to view her and Grizelda said she would put a cloth to cover her face so it wouldn't be the first thing I seen and if I wanted to remove it I could They had me sign some papers. Grizelda told me she would be in there with me. Someone else took us to the room and I was shocked there was a cardboard box with my daughter's name on it and taped shut.The woman said I couldn't look at my daughter. She said she looked at the body good. I asked her about my daughter's tattoos she said I think she had one in her stomach. Which I said what it was she couldn't remember. I asked her about tattoos on her feet she went in room came out and said she couldn't see them my daughter had socks on her feet. She didn't mention one tatoomy daughter had. I mentioned a few. I left thereand the thoughts I had were terrible. I called Grizelda and said what happened. She told me she would take pictures of my daughter's tattoos and send them to me so that I knew it was her. That was 9 days ago and I still haven't got them. She doesn't call me back or answer my messages and I don't know what happens now. The mental and emotional stress that they are putting me through is horrible. All I was told was I think she was identified through fingerprints the coronor said. Coronor only mention the off her tattoos. Grizelda lied to me to this day I still haven't been able to view my daughter or see pictures so that I know it is my daughter. When I told her on the phone what happened she acted like she had no idea that I didn't see my daughter. They are vague when I ask the simplest question. I told her I want proof that it was my daughter in that box. I even wrote her a note thanking her for caring and being able to view my daughter.I haven't seen my daughter yet nor did I get pictures of her tattoos.They straight up lied with a smile on her face. I don't believe that they can identify my daughter. If they could they would of done it.
