    This is the program to help us understand why we do the things we do, why we act the way we do, why we react the way we do, why we feel the way we do and respond the way we do. And mostly, why we think the way we do. If you're not a fan of your behavior, and you don't quite understand why you do the things you do, this is the program to help you get to the root cause of your behavior. It basically helps you to be a better person. In the long run, you will learn so much that you will understand the people around you. And this in return will help you to be an understanding and compassionate person because you recognize the attributes that result in their behaviors. For those that are serious about making a positive life change for the better, I highly recommend this book. **************
