      I purchased an item and returned it after 7 days but instead of a refund I was offered an exchanged so I got 2 Accer monitors $330. After a month 1 of the monitors no longer worked. I didnt get a change to set it up as I didnt have a home office yet. I retuned it to get it checked out on 3/8/25. As of 4/17/25 they have not gotten back to me. I called them today and they told me they cant do nothing about it but to trash it.

      December 9th dropped off a console for hdmi replacement, when I got it back weeks later it was determined they swapped the motherboard with someone elses and when that person came in they took my original motherboard and wiped all the data and told him it was like new again and to keep it. When I came back to get it they said they couldnt do anything but wipe his information and make it new again for me! When I asked for a refund he said only store credit. When asking for the owner he said he didnt know or have contact with the owner!
