    I had solar panels installed November 2024. I have docusigned all the documents they sent me. PG&E came out for their inspection but the solar company want there. Still waiting for PERMISSION TO OPERATE, no communication from the company when I reach out. I dont even know who to contact if there is an issue if they ever decide to turn the panels on. I dont even know what my account number is

    This company sent the wrong paperwork to So *** ******. I have been trying to contact Flagship Solar to help remediate this issue but have yet to get a response from them. I was promised that the Solar panels were going to power both the main house and *** but come to find out from ****** that Flagship Solar only submitted paperwork for the *** and not the main house. Flagship Solar also promised that I should not be paying any more utilities from so called ****** but I have been double paying full price at ****** and at flagship Solar.

    Date of contract 1/18/2023 Promised to have solar up and running for 3 months before paying a bill. I got my first bill before they even hooked up the solar, they turned it on which therefore ran my electric bill crazy which I have let them know. I then got the payments for the actual panels and once turned on it took over a month so they owe 4 months of payments. I cannot reach by phone, email (I attached all emails).

    Hello, We did not have a great process to handle customer reimbursements prior to this complaint and have used it as a learning experience to add a workflow for this specific task so this doesn't happen again. We do offer to reimburse customers for their solar loan payment if their System does not get Permission to Operate from their utility company in a timely manner however it is not something that we have in our contract with customers. It is a verbal incentive. The delay in getting this customers system PTO with LADWP was because **** usually handle submitting the final inspection job card to LADWP once we pass final inspection. We were unaware that this didn't apply to LADWP areas that aren't in the *******. Once we figured this out we quickly took care of submitting all necessary documents to LADWP. 

    We are mailing this customer and a couple other customers their reimbursement checks this week and will have no delays in any future customer reimbursements.
