    I'm in need to renew my EMT license, so I contacted Kern CPR about setting an appointment with an instructor. The nameless man who answered my call insisted I hang up and email their admin on the website. I emailed admin with my request, yet heard nothing for a couple days. I emailed them a second time, expressing my desperation for a session due to the license expiration approaching. Another nameless man contacted my number, bragged about all the nursing licenses he'd saved customers, then assured me if his next 4 appointments didn't call him, I would be next. Four days after that with ZERO check ins forced me to text him, asking if he would be open for me any day in the week. This man casually admitted to forgetting about me (and the closing window to keep my job) , then asked if mornings were good for my appointment. After I replied "yes", NO response for the rest of the day. My last option is to swallow my sensitivity and disappointment before coming in person to ask ANYONE for help, but my confidence in this company is shot completely out of the sky. Kern CPR and its employees have communicated their non-existent level of interest in my needs as a customer and healthcare worker for Kern County, and I promise to deliver the good news, not only to the other businesses that would gladly take the time to help me , but also to my coworkers and colleagues, so that I may save them from the misunderstanding that Kern CPR will take their livelihoods seriously Thank you.
