      On December 30, 2024 we received a toll bill via text (we have a copy of the text) for $6.99 and paid with our Safe One Master Card. Immediately we received fraud alerts from ********. It was our understanding that when we use Master Card there would be zero liability to online fraudulent charges. After talking with Safe One a stop was placed on the card. We were informed about the fraud and Safe One was going to investigate. On January 7 we received a letter from Safe One saying they would not cover our loss and our claim was denied and closed. We called Safe One and spoke to supervisor ******. She informed us of the above cancelation and stated only one transaction had went through for $874.16. Later that same day ****** called us and said three other transactions had went through, 6 DAYS LATER for $1975.63, $1169.17, and $304.16. The card had been canceled on December 30! Every effort to contact Master Card circled back to Safe One. Safe One said they handled all aspects of this situation. We want Safe One to cover the charges that were fraudulently charged on our Master Card.
