    I hired the company to create a website for me in October 2021. I paid up front and the work was never completed. I dealt with about seven different people / a different person each time, and each time, I had to re-explain everything from scratch, and even after I paid for all services, they kept trying to up charge me and add extra fees and costs which were supposed to be covered in the initial pricing and payments. The work was never completed, and everyone I dealt with is no longer even working for the company and my project is not even active anymore. My attorney has tried several times to contact them, and they are non-responsive. The only number I have for them is the sales number, and the sales person refuses to issue a refund of any kind, even though the website guarantees 100% money back if not satisfied. The work was never completed, and now, a year and a half later, I do not even have a website. Attached is the two Invoices (which were paid in full immediately), as well as the initial correspondence from the attorney.

    I engaged with Vox Web Studios for digital marketing for my small business. We signed a contact for $1250 for social media marketing and website development( separate contract). I paid full amount upfront. They promised to grow my page with 10,000 followers or in 3 months or they would refund. I have all of this documented in a contract and chats. As soon as the project started, the team became very non responsive. Also the security of my ******** page got compromised by them. They showed no urgency to fix the issues and continued to not deliver as promised. I was assigned to multiple account managers but no result. Even after more than 1 month, the work did not begin. They seemed to be shooting in the dark and it was impacting my sales. I asked them to refund as agreed in the terms of the contract. They agreed to do so. They sent an email confirmation on Aug 30 that they have processed the refund and I should have it in 5-7 days. However they did not do refund. Every time I followed up they said they refunded and when I asked them to send me proof of payment they never did because they did not refund. I have all of this documented in emails from them. They have eaten up my $1250, assuming that I cannot recover the money from them. I request your help to get me the refund from this fraud company Thanks ****** ************

    I belong to a fraternal organization that wanted to create a public facing website and selected Vox Web Studios to do the work. Not only did we not the website on the date Vox promised, it really never launched! We experienced significant delays due to the company's lack and our requirements and what we consider, unethical business behavior. For example, we were paid for and never received the customer relations management (CRM) database that would have severed as the "engine" to the website as well as the reporting capabilities that were to accompany the CRM . The website content was not "cleaned" as promised by VOX as well. The organization is looking for another vendor partner to deliver on what Vox failed to do. At present the website's SSL certificate has expired and we have made a large number of inquiries to Vox that without a response. I have enlisted American Express to assist with this issue. This experience has been problematic from the start of the initiative. The Vox project manager (***** *********) was a complete disappointment in his inability to deliver on our requirements and given the fact that he was more of a sales person that a technical resource. He made many promises and we saw very little results. The bottom line is that we did NOT get what we paid (in advance) for and I plan to escalate this issue to other organizations as this company can NOT be trusted to deliver on what was promised and outlined in the statements of work/invoices.
