      I paid $350 on 12/9/22 where Mr. ******* committed to providing a proof of service via personal delivery for my divorce case. He said he would have it done by Wednesday 12/14/22 and that he would give me a call, in which he failed to do. I called him on Thursday 12/15/22 and he said to give him another day I also noticed he was upset that I called to ask about my case in which he verbally stated “i have a lot of other cases to work on”. I am in urgent need to turn in those papers because they are for my spousal support from my ex husband in order to enforce him to pay directly from his employer/pay check. By Monday 12/19/22 I sent him a message asking if he would be in his office in which Mr. ******* responded that he wouldnt be in his office until Wednesday December 21, at 730 am. I called him and he didn't respond and he messaged me later saying he was at court that it was Monday and that he couldnt talk right now and did not attempt to call me back.
      I messaged back saying I was available until 830 am because I take my children to school in which he responded “okay see you then”. I took it upon myself to stop by the office and check if he was there after he said he wasnt and to my surprise he was there. The nature of the dispute was verbal agression. When I arrived to his office i said good morning and he rudely responded with “what are you doing here I told you Id see you on Wednesday”. After he continuously told me to leave, Mr. ******* slammed the door on me and his assistant held her foot against the door, limiting the amount of space I had inside the establishment. The owners use of verbal aggression and foul language caused me to go into emotional distress and my blood pressure to increase. I was told in the medical office to go to the hospital to get checked out. He did not give me my money or papers and I have a video of his aggression. He told me to leave and sue him or whatever i wanted and that I would receive the rest of my money through express mail.
