    On July 26,2022, I paid $2,000.00 cash to
    Economy Truck School for Truck Driving
    school,"Big ****" is the person who
    received payment. The website states the program is 160 hrs, includes combination of classroom, lab and field training, Provides vehicles for students to train, After attending the truck school for several weeks & not learning the material needed for truck driving, the instructors were not teaching but having other current students teach the incoming students, no truck time, no instruction from instructors. Trucks were not always in service so there was not enough time or use of vehicles for each person. No class room hours, lab hours etc as stated on the website, very
    false information. I brought up my concerns with an instructor & they were not interested in hearing me “complain”. After several weeks of not getting the instruction I paid for, I asked for
    a refund. I was told "no refunds" I then
    asked for a policy where it states no
    refunds, again I was told " we don't have a
    policy, no refunds I spent your money
    already". I asked for a policy in writing
    stating where it states no refunds, I was told
    they did not have a policy in place and no
    refunds would be given out. Very
    unprofessional, I have emailed several
    times called & have yet to get in contact
    with someone regarding my issue. I have
    attached a screen shot of a text message
    stating what I paid for & for what service I
    have paid for. I paid for a service & did not
    receive what I paid for. The website also
    does not show any policy stating there are
    no refunds available nor were any policy's
    found. The business has not tried to resolve the issue but rather ignore my concerns.
