This company called pretending to be with ************* who had just done my install. My install was complete and checked and they told me after inspection that more were needed. The man told me that original contract was voided and to e sign a new contract to complete the install to get me up and running. This person named ****** is no longer answering his phone and I have discovered after months of calling that this was a scam. I now have two loans with Goodleap totalling ********* and am being charged twice which I would never have agreed to if not for the lies of this man. I am a senior on social security and do not have the money to pay both loans and an electric bill. I was fed false information and need this last company to remove their solar and their loan asap. Please help me as I did sign both contracts due to false information. The first company, ************** was completely honest in their business practice but power point pro llc is a crooked company and they then outsourced solcious to install.

    BBB,

I just called the customer and asked her personally how she was told that our company was at fault on this matter. She was given the name Peak Power Solar, LLC from the company that did the second installation on her home. We are Peak Power LLC.

I let her know that we do not, and have not done business in *****. Of all the contact companies and representatives of those companies she gave me, we are not aware of any of them other than the solar financial loan company she is doing business with.

Unfortunately, she was given bad information and instead of calling us directly went to you instead.

again, we do not have authority to do business in *****. We have never employed anybody in the state of *****. We do not sell solar in *****. We do not install solar in *****.  Whoever did this to her should be held accountable, but it was not Peak Power LLC.

    Thank you.
