      I placed an order, and tried to return the products, but the email addresses they list on their website and on confirmation emails are undeliverable, and they do not list a phone number on their website.The following email addresses are undeliverable:********************************** *******************************

      We did receive an email from the customer on Saturday, 6/8/24, and did respond on Monday, 6/10/24. Our offices are closed over the weekend. Customer did advise the product was sent back and we will process the refund accordingly. Customer did not elaborate on what the issue was specifically other than the product not meeting his expectations of what it should be. From what I am able to tell, there was one small difference, but the overall look of the product is the same. We have not received any correspondence from the customer after our email on 6/10/24.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      Black Rifle Depot has made no attempt to call me to discuss my dissatisfaction,despite the fact that to place an order, they require a phone number, so they could call me if they wanted to, but they have thus far refused to do so.

      Again,the fact that they have no phone number listed on their website for customers to call to speak with a customer service representative regarding their orders,and that two email addresses they list on their website are undeliverable, that is unacceptable!

      We sent a follow-up to the customer that received no response from the customer. **************** is limited to specific telephonic conversations. Calls regarding potential specification differences are handled by a different department and unfortunately, they are extremely busy and haven't been able to call the customer. In reviewing the product listing on our website, no claim was made that the stocks purchased were "S&W M&P15". The attached email shows us advising the customer the refund was processed today.
