    My husband ****** and I applied for assistance to The heat program our application was mistaken for someone else's causing our election to be turned off we asked them to come out and help us and they messed it all up we don't have any electricity and we're just sitting here like sitting that we need some help please help us

    I have searched this client's name, address, phone number, and email. Nothing pulls up a hit for this client.

    Per our systems, this client has never applied for our program. Please see that attached file. 

    There are several programs like ours that do similar work. It appears they might be confused. 

    Are they able to provide additional information that I could investigate?

    CAPK has completely ignored my application for weatherization and energy assistance. I first applied in January 2023 and followed directions and we emailed, faxed, and mailed application just as we did last month again when they sent a denial letter for something we had no idea we were missing. Now it's been a month again and no one has answered me again.
