    March 9 2023 I went in for my normal botox treatment including treatment for tmj . During treatment I felt as if placement was too low on my jaw towards my chin for tmj . As to I’m normally receiving it higher just below the side of my ear about two finger spaces and I’m normally told bite down . I’ve done this treatment for a few years so I knew what to expect routinely speaking. None of this was normal to me . I stated my concerns to the provider and called in to the office . I paid 580.00 total . No relief from tmj no return call to attempt to make things better from the office no acknowledgment what’s so ever ! None at all ! I don’t feel my provider is properly trained or informed to provide tmj treatment Samantha was my provider during this visit. I paid for a service with zero results and horrible customer service all around dealing with this office .

    My name is ******** and I am the Clinic Administrator for Allure Aesthetics. After reviewing the patient's chart for the date of service listed above I see that patient was treated for TMJ with Botox along with other areas as she stated. I would like to note that it was not brought to my attention that the patient had called about her concern and I also do not see documentation that a phone call was made to our office. I apologize for the lack of communication - otherwise, I can confidently say that I would have addressed the patient's concern in a timely manner, if I had known. I will contact the patient to work out a reasonable solution next week, 06/05. I would also like to note that I have full confidence in our nurses and their experience. Samantha in particular has 5 years of experience with aesthetics including injecting Botox (and other neurotoxins). We thank you for bringing this to our attention.
