    I went to an appointment at Youthology, on Saturday, September 30th, 2023. I went in for a Thread lift of the jaw line only., ****** the doctors assistant talks to me about a full face thread lift, I told her no am not interested, she goes on to tell me that the end result will make me look much better. I said no for the second time, ****** was very persistent, ****** goes to tell me, for ****** more I was already at ********. so that would of made it ******** total. ****** goes to tell me am top threader am good at what I do, you will benefit from it, trust me, she says. you wont be disappointed. so I agreed. ********************** and ****** worked on my face together that morning, no local anesthesia or numbing cream was applied., When ****** worked on the right side of my face, when she inserted a thread in my right temple it hurt so bad, the Doctor immediately grabbed and ice pack and put it on my temple he pressed firmly, never said anything to me to reassure me that I was ok. I knew then that something went wrong. after they were done, the doctor left the room, ****** said you're all done, they didn't take pictures after the procedure was done. I was in so much pain, I had to ask about the after care, all ****** said was don't eat steak and smile big for 2 weeks. it was the worst healing process ever. I was in pain I was bruised so bad on the right side of my face, I have lumps and bumps, the threader is so tight on the right side of my face., I talk for a living, and it's so uncomfortable and tight. I went back for a follow up, to let them know they did a lousy job on me. and they said we took ****** off your bill, that's not what I wanted to hear, I let them know that I did not go in for a full face lift, I told them I came in for just my jaw line and that ****** talked me into a full face., you both left me botched, I asked them if they could fix it with the money I had already paid, and they said no. if we fix it? we will charge you. I left there in tears.
