    On November 29th, I purchased items online from Aeropostale as part of a Black Friday deal. I paid $43.70 for a pair of sweatpants and a t shirt. The items arrived about a week later and I had the complete wrong order. I received a completely different pair of sweatpants and a jacket. I reached out to Aeropostale about the issue. About 2 days later I was asked to send photos of the items and my packing slip, so I did. Aeropostale took another 2-3 days to reply and told me I would need to return the items and reorder the items I had purchased with a courtesy 20% off code. However, I had purchased the items on Black Friday so the deal had been closer to 45% off. They also asked me to print a label and send the wrong items back in. I sent a reply asking for the other items to be resent at the discount I had originally and I would need a bag and label sent to me to return these items as I do not have access to a printer and I should not have to pay for packaging as this was Aeropostales mistake. I did speak on the phone with a customer service representative who said I would have to pay full price and then could reach out to them for a price adjustment. He said that they do not send packaging ever or labels, but *** would print the label for me. He advised there was nothing else they could do and this is their process.I sent a follow up email to my reply and got a reply over a week letter stating that I would have to order the items at full price and request a price adjustment when the items shipped. No mention of what to do about the label or ************ kind of stunned that Aeropostale could make a mistake and then make me do all the work to get the right items. I dont mind returning the items for a refund, but I should not have to pay full price and then wait for money back. Or come out of pocket for packaging to the return the items they sent incorrectly. Thats ridiculous. I wont be shopping there again.
