    I ordered a headstone in october 2023. The final price was significantly higher than originally stated. They claimed the cost of materials had gone up. The headstone was delivered to the cemetery around the 10th of January 2024. The cemetery called us and said we need to approve the headstone before it would be placed. Upon inspection, the engraving was not complete. I called Legacy Monuments on January 31, 2024 and the engraver instantly knew why i was calling before i even mentioned it. He said one of the workers at the cemetery had also pointed it out to him upon delivery. I was told it would be corrected the following week. I also stated that the base was not present. They claimed they were waiting on the base. I called February 16, 2024 and was told the corrections hadn't been made because they were waiting on the base. They were going to call be back with a delivery date. I did not receive a call back. I called February 22, 2024, i was told it would be delivered tomorrow but he needed to call me back. I'm still waiting

    I am very sorry for the delay.  We are still working on getting the base delivered to the cemetery.  As per our early conversation we want to make sure you are completely satisfy with the quality of the memorial and would love to meet you there to make sure the monument is made to your complete satisfaction.  We will give you another update tomorrow about the base. Thank you for your patience.
