      Hansens moving and storage helped my business store items for months before the new office building was ready. The indoor storage and secure facility is what we needed while our new space became ready.

      I would give a 0 star review if it was an option. I am formally filing a complaint against ******** ********************************************** We used them back in the end of June/early July when we moved and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The amount of damage they caused and furniture that they broke and ruined exceeded what my invoice total was by double, if not more. The office manager, *****, was extremely rude when I called and complaint and told me that she could not help me. I told her that I was not going to be paying the invoice for the amount of damage and broken furniture there was, and I never heard from them since. Never received a bill in the mail, a revised invoice, a late payment notice... NOTHING. And they turned my into collections without ANY attempt to collect payment from me to begin with. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I would NEVER recommend using them to anyone. The damage and broken furniture consisted of: entry way table, bench, MB mattress completely ruined by being drug through dirt and covered in wooden splinters, the couch was filthy, brand new washer and dryer were scratched, MB night stand was chipped in multiple areas, and the bricks off of the fire place were broken when they came to move us. I have pictures and documentation of everything.
