    I recently purchased at $280 UV Beyond Pro Gel lamp from Kiara Sky. I have not had my gel lamp for an entire year, and the charger is already faulty. I have reached out to customer service several times, but they are not the best help. I have sent emails, called, left voicemails and they have yet to take care of the needs of the customers who support their brand. I am very disgusted with this brand and the faulty products they sell to collect income. They are not great with resolving any issues, and the links they send that are supposed to help are very broad links that do not get you the proper help you need. I am very disappointed and I feel like my purchase was not appreciated.

    Bought a lamp that was not working properly after 6 weeks . I contacted them repeatedly for a month . Only received broken promises to call back . Finally the light died while I was doing my client. Really disappointed. All the products I bought from them have died within 6 months of purchase . A scam

    I bought 2 Kiara sky efiles and they both stopped working I emailed them multiple times about getting them fixed or my money back and they have yet to respond. I even contact them via social media and they don’t respond. So now I have 2 efiles that don’t work.

    I bought the Kiara sky nail drill in December of 2022 but didn't get it until January. The wire is so cheaply made. After 2 months of paying almost $300 (with a sale discount!!) It started acting up. You have to hold the wire a certain way in order for it to work. Like headphones in the early 2000's when you needed to hold the wire a certain way in order to hear out of both ears. It's ridiculous! When I contacted them, they said for me to ship it out to them for repairs but the cost of shipping is entirely my responsibility!! Why?! It's your fault you gave me such a garbage product!!! Kiara Sky is a legit scam!!
