    Attempted to call several times to continue my payments however unable to reach anyone I call multiple times a day during business hours left a voice-mail emailed them the processing number they have on file goes to a General dental company this shouldn't be hard to get ahold of someone and very frustrating because it's for my student loan debt to finish being paid down however my loan was also transferred to another collector as well and I have questions and concerns about that as well but unable to talk to anyone extremely unprofessional and I want my money back I've already paid if I have to pay my.actual loan back as well!!!

    I was recently contacted by this business with an unsolicited and illegal phone call, despite my number being on the do not call list. When someone registers their number on the national do not call registry, they expect pointless sales calls to stop. I would like to be contacted by a member of your legal team to discuss this further.

    I was contacted by Access Document preparation and they offered services to help get my ITT-Tech school dept pardoned by filling all the paperwork needed. The set schedule was supposed to be 4 payments of $124 every month starting July 18th. The company did not try to make the first payment until August. I mean, I'm struggling to make payments as it is and now they want to charge me double for the month of August because they failed to keep their payment schedule??? C'mon!! I've tried contacting this company numerous times "during normal working hours" and have not been able to successfully contact anyone. Not even the phone number listed on their website works. I was contacted by ***** after I sent a request in to cancel my service since I no longer felt they were a reliable company. ***** then started to argue with me and said I had no right to cancel our agreement and that they would keep taking payments out regardless of how I felt. Verry unprofessional. This company and its workers are very unprofessional and hard to work with. I would like my service terminated immediately.
