    This occurred on August 1st to October 5th. They have not paid my bills. They told me that they will pay my bills to pay each service. They said that they will pay my bill so securely said they have received my checks. But they're saying they have not and the staff, they are very disrespectful.

    Good Afternoon ********,

     

    ********************* applied for Payee Services on July 06,2023. Social Security processing times vary from ***** days, at times longer to approve payee applications. Over the waiting period, KATCFs staff has received multiple harassing calls and visits from *********************

    and her significant other.

     

    On October 04,2023, KATCF received a letter from Social Security requesting documentation to continue benefits. ***** refused to come to office to complete the forms.
    On October 10,2023, KATCF received a letter from Social Security stating that her benefits were starting and a deposit was going to be sent to KATCF in the amount of $2,040.72 on October 6,2023. KATCF never received this payment as SSA has her funds on hold
    because the information to continue disability has not been returned by ***************

    On October 17,2023, KATCF received a letter from Social Security requesting documentation for a second time to continue benefits. *****, again, refused to come to office to complete the forms.
    On October 18,2023, ***** went to SSA and spoke with a Supervisor by the name of ********. ******** stated the funds were sent to KATCF, this was not true. After reviewing deposits and verifying with our bank, KATCF discovered that no deposit was ever made on Ms. ****** behalf.
    When KATCF reached out to ******, SSA Supervisor to clarify/verify the information, ******** stated she was unaware of the ongoing issue.

    There is a high probability that Ms. ****** benefits are on hold at SSAs ************** due to the fact that the requested Continuing Disability information has not been returned.
     

    In summation and at the time of this email, KATCF has not received funds for the benefit of ************** from the ******************************* Consequently and until funds are received from SSA, KATCF will not disburse funds on behalf of ***************
