I am rejecting this response because:

The first pump he installed did not shut off just like the second pump doesnt shut off.. Ive had a water pump in this barbershop since ****.. The day he installed the first pump he told me it was shut off and it was a bad pump. So that would be before any water went through it.. after he installed the second pump, it only lasted three weeks. Weve had a pump at that shop for over 20 years. He also told me that hed come out and try to open it up and fix it and he gave me three different days he would come back and he never showed up.. So, after the second pump didnt work, he sends his son, who has to be very inexperienced, and didnt know how to fix the problem he told me he had to replace a pipe. He had to use a snake and still didnt work. when I talk to him the last time he promised three different times, he would come by and he never showed up

I replaced the pump with a new one, then it went out right away and we returned that one for another pump. The second pump went out as well in a couple weeks. The pump is being used to pump gray water to the drain system in a ****** Shop. I installed what I was asked to install and come to find out they rinse the ***** they use on their clients in the (3 or 4) sinks but the ***** are full of hair. The hair that goes down the drains is causing issues, and we will not warranty anything that gets damaged because of improper use of the equipment. The pump is not meant to pump excessive hair through it.

The second fee of $250 was for drain cleaning with a snake because the drain system was backed up full of hair, and to replace some pipe fittings under a sink that where broken.

I called a plumber to check why my water pump would not pump out the water out of my barbershop. My shop has never had underground plumbing,so weve always used a pump. The first guy to come out told me it was the release valve that needed to be changed .. after I paid for that he told me it was the pump. So that when he calls Petes plumbing , hes friend. They both discussed the issue and **** was assigned to come change the water pump. The first time **** change the water pump. He told me that it was defective and it wouldnt shut off so he told me Ill take a week or two and h*** come back out to replace the bad pump.. a couple of weeks later, he comes out and change  it. 3 weeks later Im having the same issues . This time Petes sends out his son who has to be in hes early 20s. Hes son told me he needed to replace the pipe that the first plumber just did.. that didnt fix the issue then he told me he needed to snake the pipe. A couple of hours later his son told me he was done. As hes leaving he tells me to keep an eye on my pump. That confused me. . The pump was working and pumping as hes leaving.. five minutes after he leaves I notice the pump is still on, and it never shut off.. Right after that, I called **** he didnt answer. I text him and he responded to me later that evening He told me hed be by in a couple of days which was on a Friday. He never showed up. I called him back. He said hed be by the next day which was on the Saturday he never showed up and my final conversation with him was him telling me he would be there on Tuesday I havent heard from him since
