TERRIBLE experience. We had about $2600 worth of repairs for which we signed a proposal. They sent us the invoice before even scheduling the service, which I had to then call to request an appointment. They did not arrive once the service was scheduled, then came a few days later with no appointment and left because no one had come to empty the pool. They came back the next night to empty and the technician complained that he had to come late on a Friday. He could not locate our water valves and said he was just going to leave. My husband located it.The next day 2 workers came to acid wash the pool but there was fairly significant ponding still in the deep end. They were about half way complete when it began raining. They left without warning and the equipment was strung all over our yard. The ponding sat all night filled with acid and eroded the bottom of our pool surface and left 3 horrible long streaks throughout the length of our pool. I sent pictures and they came back on Sunday to fully drain and then complete the acid wash. We were told the "staining" from the erosion was normal and it would improve over time with "brushing" they would schedule. I was sent the bill again and realized half of the equipment was not replaced as per the proposal. They came back to replace and showed up once to "brush". We paid $2000 but complained that the "staining"/erosion was not improving. They did not show up again for over 2 months yet continued to send our unpaid balance on our invoice. After the second brushing (which they did not schedule but again just showed up to our house) we paid the balance but are left with terrible erosion of our pool surface due to the awful acid wash. Oversight of the crew was non-existent, and while the owner is very nice, he is obviously greatly lacking in employee training and management. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We were contacted to fix several issues with the swimming pool that her current pool professional was unable to diagnose and fix. The spa was draining nightly drying out and damaging the plaster, the heater was not working. There were drain covers that were not "code". The tile had a significant amount of scale build up and the plaster was covered in ***** stains including sever rust spots all over the surface. All work was performed and taken care of. Our crew left once the weather became unbearable to work in, they neutralized the water in the pool with soda ash and returned the next day to finish the work. There was some oxidated areas of pigment in the pool immediately after the acid wash, which is typical. That is why we returned over the following 2 weeks brushing and doing a Bicarbonate rinse. The posted pictures are immediately after fill and not after final completion of the job.

Horrible customer **********************. They do not follow thru with what they say. It had been 3 months since they were paid for their services and we are still trying to get them to fix items not completed. They came out today to fix a leak on our piping and its leaking worse than before they came. ****, the owner comes out and takes pictures and tells us h*** send someone out and we have to call several times to get that to happen.Bewareof this company.

All of the work we were contracted to do (Tile cleaning, plastering the pool, and pump installation) is done and completed. After we were finished, The Millers discovered the pool was leaking at the skimmer and in some plumbing. That wasn't a part of the work we performed, and we denied any warranty claim as it wasn't a part of the originally contracted work. We did offer to fix the problems and submitted estimates that were refused.

As of today, 7/21/25, the pool still has a spot in the shallow end and this was reported to the owner of Skinny Dippers on 3/27/25, before the pool was completely full of water. There have been three attempts to remove the spot but it is still there. Although the tile was sandblasted before the plastering was done, when the plastering was done, they got plaster all over the tiles which the company has still not taken care of. Think of it like paying someone to clean your patio off and then walking across it with muddy boots and calling it good. The company is not concerned if their customers are happy with their work. We were having a massive water leak and after several phone calls and an email to them to have someone come out ASAP - no one responded... Skinny Dippers never came out to my property to see what was leaking and therefore NEVER provided me with a quote for repairs... After a week of no response from Skinny Dippers, I called another company who came out the following day and was able to take care of the problem with the skimmer. The skimmer issue was not leaking before ******* Dippers touched my pool. My last correspondence with Skinny Dippers was with the owner, on 7/2/25, and he was going to check his calendar and send someone out to address the spot and look at the tile. He never called me back and no one ever came out.
