I need the affidavit ASAP I paid $85 for rush processing for filing a divorce. I am the petitioner I hired him in November. He did not start to try and serve him until March. I made numerous messages and phone calls and he acted confused. Kept asking me to send him the paperwork, descriptions, names, addresses, phone numbers tell him where he was going to be. what time he always made excuses. He messaged me February 27 that he finally served my son to be ex-husband. He was supposed to send me paperwork for proof He was served so I can turn into the court He told me over the phone that he would send it to the attorneys information that I sent him as well Since soon to be ex-husband did not respond to the petition. I was trying to file a default with the court. The court stated that they have no record of him ever being served. I have been trying to get him to give me the paperwork and he is giving me the runaround, this has caused much distress as I am dealing with an abusive soon to be ex-husband. Im trying to get my divorce done and over with he will not return phone calls. He gets aggressive during our phone calls so I went to strictly text messaging. I told him I will not talk to him on the phone only through text message now hes refusing to return my messages. I told him I will gladly meet him anywhere. We need to meet so I can get the paperwork turned in. I moved an hour and a half away , I work near *********** where he served my soon to be ex-husband I am in distress emotionally if I dont hear back from him, Im going to need to hire someone else to properly serve him which gives my ex-husband more time to respond which will then end up being a very long dragged out divorce. I am a victim of domestic violence and I need to get the paperwork so I can file that he served him and file a default. I called the city of *********** and found out that his license expired June 2016. He only has a site on Yelp and his ****** site. Looks like its been removed.
