      Kern Radiology Medical Group no doubt charges our insurance companies 1000s of dollars for their services, yet they demonstrate a total lack of respect for their customers/patients. I have repeatedly tried to schedule a mammogram at one of their facilities but the hold times are absurd AND you are subjected to relentless sales pitches for services as you hold. I have tried to book online, but their online booking service DOES NOT WORK, no matter how many times I ask for a new password, or what have you. No respect. But I'm sure they're raking in the cash.

      Dirty and Disgusting facility. They could at least shampoo the carpets and sanitize them. It stinks like Old Urine in the waiting room. Really gross and dirty. I was disgusted from start to finish. I was there for a Mammogram and not impressed with anything to say the least. Then tried to call later in the day to get info about a Dexa scan only to be connected to someone who knew NOTHING ... sounded like they were in a call center and took a long time to even help me get to the department I needed ... only to then be told by a computer they had no time for me to leave a message. You think I got a call back? NOPE!!!! I will urge my doctor to find a better facility to refer patients to. I wish there was a place to leave a photo ... the carpets were DISGUSTING.
