    I am extremely disappointed with the overall communication from this business. I bought off of Tik Tok only from the influencer's reactions and the promise of the product being shipped in 1-3 business days as reflected in their original captions. I quickly found out that influencers were raving about this item because they got it immediately or for free. Once I placed my order on April 16th, I was hoping to receive it in the 1-3 days timeframe that was originally promised. After that time frame I attempted to reach out the the company via Tik Tok and they gave me and other upset customers the same runaround. They then changed their Bio to say 2-5 business day. Realistically it is now May 1, which is way past the 1-3 days or even the new BS Bio of 2-5 days. I left a comment on Tik Tok highlighting my disappointment which they responded to in an extremely condescending manner essentially tell me to check my mailbox and that it has been delivered. If they took less time being rude and more time checking my tracking information they would easily see that **** reported that the 'Agent' still has it... not that its been delivered. I will not be recommending this company to anybody in the future and I expect at least a bit of transparency from the business owner for when they fall behind. GET IT TOGETHER SOWEET
