5 starsAt least three years I started with my solar system, I choose ********* after an extensive study of about 9 solar companies in my excel spreadsheet Making comparison of price, ***** offered, interest on the loan, seriousnes of the company and many more items. So after analizyng I decided Sunpower was the best bet for me, so I contract them, and until today the end of January **** everithing has been worry free, not problems at all, Moreover I Refer them 5 friends and they bought the systems with Sunpower, and the company gave me good money for the referrals.GraciasReview fromAlex B

After comparing quotes with other solar companies, he was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation which is truly appreciated. I have been dealing with ********* for over 7 months with the same issue one of my panels has been out since July 2023 and we are now in Jan ****, I have called numerous times for them to come out to fix it but still no resolution! The first tech comes out and it's only one person when they should have sent two since my home is 3 levels, then they send another tech out without the latter so they, in turn, wait for two hours to see if they could get one of the other techs/managers to bring a latter, then they send out another tech they now need an extended latter since the one they brought was not high enough... Then they scheduled two techs with the latter they stood around for 2 hours and then said it's starting to sprinkle and we will have to reschedule the service! So they rescheduled it to 12/22 then they sent me a text stating they need to reschedule it once again and still my panel is out! I don't know what is going on with this company but they keep charging me for a product that is not working at the capacity they stated it would! I would like to get my panel fixed or have all the solar panels removed!!!

4 starsThis is the third and latest installation of a solar system with which I have been involved. Three different companies did the installation. Each effort had it own problems and issues due to its uniqueness (building structure, time frame, permitting process, and scheduling). This SunSolar project was very slow in development due to the large number of applications made to meet the deadlines and the resulting numbers of installation contracts for SunSolar. These factors resulted in a delay measured in months. The actual installation also had more than its share of glitches; from a post-completion view the project went relatively smoothly. Issues were addressed and resolved as they developed by the SunSolar customer service and company management. **************
