I bought a MSI laptop through the college store the 1st week of classes for the fall semester. The laptop already broke down! Now I am a veteran and I am in this program called VR&E and they paid for the laptop! But thats not the point. The point is I need that laptop to do homework! The entire reason I got it in the 1st place. I take an Engineering Graphics class that I do homework on the laptop that is pretty much every other day. MSI says in order for me to get my not even 2 month old laptop fixed I have to pay to ship it so they can fix the not even 2 month old laptop and they said that they didnt know how long it would take to get it back! That doesnt sound like a professional company to me! I have to pay to get a brand new computer fixed? I only use the laptop for homework and Auto CAD! Neither of those 2 things use a high processor to do and I got a gaming laptop which are supposed to be better with graphics! I would like to know how companies like this are allowed to do business in *****************?
