I paid Kern Court Services to issue paperwork for evictions in June 2022. One was a squatter the other just doesnt pay rent. Shortly after, I paid for his services to evict another not paying tenant. He served the initial paperwork on these people and has not submitted paperwork to the courts and does not/ will not return my calls. That's $2400.00 I have paid for his services. Courthouse confirms no paperwork has been submitted to them ( as of 11/18/2022).

We have been very busy since the Covid restrictions have been lifted. We have completed 1 of the 3 cases for the *****. We have filed for the Writ of Possession on one case and have filed for a court date which will be at the end of February the next step for both case s will be the lockout from the Sheriff.

I am rejecting this response because:
I filed these eviction cases in June of 2022.  The one that was "completed" was because I talked to my tenant and have them staying in the unit with higher rent.  I was advised this afternoon for another Tenant that we were supposed to have a mediation on the 8th of February and neither of us were notified.  If this is false I wouldn't know as Ken from Kern Court Services is not very communicative.  I really hoped to find a company I could work with on future evictions and this will not be the one.  Yes, there is an eviction hearing on 2/28/23 but the other case a "squatter" was totally goofed up.  An easy removal of someone from my property has this person still in the unit terrorizing neighbors that are threatening their landlord to move out.  What a fiasco.

All the cases that she gave us have been completed and the last one 2820 16th street back house is with the Sheriff.
