      Throughout this year, I have filed multiple complaints via phone and email regarding the service weve been receiving from Western ********************* On Dec 13, the technician came to our home, took a picture of our garage door, and then left without performing any actual service. Below is part of the email that I send to Western ******************** Im writing to express my continued frustration with the service weve been receiving from your company. After filing multiple complaints throughout 2024, Im disappointed to report that the technician who serviced our home on October 29th still failed to treat the entire perimeter of the house. I personally observed the service, and he completely skipped a portion of the front.For todays service, my wife and I decided to stay home and observe the technician. To our surprise, we received an email at 1:18 PM from the Western ******************** Service Team stating that the service had been completed. At that time, we were sitting at our kitchen table, which is right next to the walkway to our front door. We also have a Ring doorbell system, and it recorded everyone who passed by today, except the technician. I can confidently say that the technician, ***, did not ring our doorbell and did not service our ******* at a loss for words regarding the service your company has been providing since ****** left. Its been a truly horrible experience. Despite our repeated complaints and our efforts to closely monitor the service, the technicians continue to perform subpar work. On previous occasions, they arrived without the proper equipment (the "boom") and didnt use it until we pointed it out and filed another complaint before the October 29th *************, December 13th, *** parked his car in my driveway, took a picture, and left without servicing our home at all. This has become an unacceptable pattern of behavior, and Im left questioning why we continue to be charged for services that are not being performed.
