    On 7/13/2023 I went to p street tire to get my brakes replaced. I was told I needed to replace both the brakes and rotors A few days later I had to tow the vehicle back due to the components failing on the passenger side. They fixed the original issue however the rotors are not fixed in placed and they refuse to look over the issue further.

    On July 13,2023 we replaced both front rotors and brake pads as needed. The brake system is working properly. The brake system is not required to be bled when replacing brakes and rotors.  Mrs. ****** was informed that she would need to be replacing the front struts as well. Mrs. ****** and I took the vehicle on a test drive after brakes and rotors were replaced. Mrs. ****** pointed out the noise she was hearing, which was a big indication that it was the struts.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I took my car to pacific tire and wheel where they needed to replace my brake lines and restore my calipers. This store resolved the sound and the issue.
