    Im not sure if the exact date its not on my invoice but it was a month ago or so maybe a month and a half. I took my 2011 *************** to have an alignment done .I paid $165 for one slightly used tire and to have my car aligned with a 30 day warranty. I remember it was on a Sunday. I waited several hours for my car to be done and I was told to bring it back the next day when the main guy would be in because my front drivers side tier was tilted inward and my steering wheel was turned far to the left. I returned the next morning and dropped off my car and they had it the hole day it was arround 5 pm when I finally was aloud to pick it up. Nothing had changed it was still the same .and I was told then that my strut was bent and needed to replace it before they could align it correctly. . But that I had to have them replace it for another $250 . That I wasnt able to have my own mechanic replace it otherwise my warranty would be void. The part itself new is only $30to $40. Now before taking my car to them my steering wheel was straight and none of my tires were bent inward . But I noticed my car pulling a little to the left .and my tired wearing unevenly slightly. But since taking my car to them my car pulls aggressively to the left and Ive had to replace both front tires twice in the last month witch costs me $100 or more each time. My car bounced all over the road and is hard to keep straight on the road. *** had my mechanic witch owns his own shop Jeremys automotive and repair.look at my car and he says he cant find anything wrong with my struts. My car is unsafe to drive in my opinion. Its worse now then it ever was before I took it to pacific tire. They wont fix it unless I pay them additional money and refuse to give me my money back. Im a single woman working at gas station and Can not aford to not have my car . I will loose my job if I cant get to work. And paying $100 or more ever few weeks for tires is putting me behide on all my bills. Please help me.
