    Yes, my 2005 ***** Tahoe was towed by this company and when I got it back two days ago there was a $470 OBD G-tube scanner that was taken from my backseat along with a couple of my flashlights that were also black lights that you charge with a charger cord and then also several of my mechanic tools were taken from my vehicle. I dont know if that is the policy of tow yard is to take merchant peoples personal items from their vehicles when the county has towed has it towed but that is wrong and I think that their contract should be taken back from ***********. And somebody owes me back my tools or compensation for my tools

WE DO NOT GET INTO THE VEHICLES OTHER THAN TO PUT VEH IN NEUTRAL OR ANY NECCESARY PROCEDURES FOR THE **** THIS IS IN OUR CONTRACT WITH *** ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANYONE INFORM US NOR *** ENFORCEMENT INFORM US OF ANY ITEMS MISSING FROM A STORED VEHICLE. WE TOW FOR KERN COUNTY SHERIFF'S **** AND CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL. ON A ********************************************** VEHICLE MADE BY THE OFFICER. TYPICALLY ANY ACCUSATIONS OF MISSING ITEMS GO THRU THE *** ENFORCEMENT DIVISION IT WAS TOWED BY. THE OTHER ENTITY WE TOW FOR IS AAA AND VEHICLES AREN'T STORED AT OUR YARD THE **** ARE COMPLETED AT THAT ****. IF A VEHICLE IS STORED FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES THEY ARE PICKED UP BY ANOTHER TOW COMPANY WHEN RELEASED BY INSURANCE COMPANY AND MOST *** OWNER'S GET THEIR PROPERTY OUT AT OUR YARD AND SIGN A PROPERTY LIST. IF THIS WAS A VEHICLE TOWED VIA *** ENFORCEMENT DUE TO THAT ENTITIY CALLING US OUT FOR AN IMPOUND THE ONLY PEOPLE GOING THRU THE VEHICLE ARE THE OFFICER'S ON SCENE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DATE OF IMPOUND AND RELEASE TO THE *** OWNER. WHEN THE VEHICLE IS RELEASED HERE VIA OUR OFFICE AND PAYMENT AND ID INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FROM ***ISTERED OWNER THAT WOULD BE THE **** TO ADVISE TOW YARD EMPLOYEES OF ANY ITEMS MISSING AS WE WOULD HAVE DIRECTED ***ISTERED OWNER TO CONTACT THE *** ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IMPOUND WAS REQUESTED BY. WE ALSO HAVE 16 CAMERA'S ON PROPERTY 11 OF WHICH COVER ALL AREA'S OF VEHICLE'S STORED ON OUR PROPERTY, WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO LOOK AT CAMERA'S FOR DATES VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED AND WOULD HAVE ADVISED *** OWNER OF THAT AT THAT **** WHILE OBTAINING CONTACT INFORMATION TO REACH OUT WITH ANY INFORMATION FOUND ON CAMERA FOOTAGE.
