    On March 25th at around 8:15 AM, tow express (contracted by Lewis Towing Two), arrived to my residence to pick up a vehicle to tow it to *************. The car at this time had no damages and did not have any damages when it left my residence. When the tow truck arrived to ********, he seemed to have a difficult time getting the vehicle off the tow truck. Once the car was finally off the tow, **** dealership noted damages done to the vehicle, to the bottom of the carbon fiber lip and rear lip bumper diffuser. Lewis towing stated there were no damages done to the vehicle when they offloaded but they have failed to provide me with the adequate photos showing the areas of damage done to the undercarriage and wrap/paint. The tow truck driver stated he had taken many of these types of vehicles before and promised a safe and uneventful delivery. Since notifying the tow company, as well as the dealership which received the vehicle, the tow company has stated they are not at fault and there were no damages done on their behalf. **** dealership has provided proof via photos and videos of the damages that occurred.
