    Date car towed by AV tow on October 18 2023 to Transmission performance Center for a transmission diagnostic that was never done after 1week and a half and towed back to me because of poor communication with shop to when exactly are they going do the diagnostic, I requested my car back do to no communication with shop and myself. Unprofessional. Once car was returned noticed generic batteries had been replaced my OEM ******** batteries replaced without my permission and did not work. Called the mainly back to shop once noticed and spoke to owner ******** and he said he would replace them it's been over a week now and he can continues to lie to me.

    we never switched out any batteries without his consent. he told me that we are an "auto shop" that we should have batteries there to replace it or a specific battery charger needed to start his car. 

    we bought a brand new one from the dealership which we have receipts that he has never paid for and his requestion both batteries when we paid cash from our pocket to replace to try and start his car. we never did anything without his consent. 

    we have requested batteries from him daily since we got the car in our shop, and he never once tried to pay or bring battery himself to start his car. we do not check any vehicle if it doesn't start, and we requested for him to bring multiple of times. he was very rude with his attitude, and we never received payment for the batteries we placed in his vehicle.
