    NORTH AMERICAN TRAILER LLC IS A RENTAL COMPANY. MALWA DIESEL REPAIR *** IN *********** ********** SAID OUR 2023 VANGUARD TRAILER (PURCHASED IN 2022 FOR $46,300.00) WAS ABANDONED ON THEIR LOT AND THEY PROCEEDED TO DO A **** SALE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR A VEHICLE VALUED UNDER $4,000.00. THIS ALLOWED THEM TO PROCEED WITH THE **** SALE WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE ***** OR GIVING A 10 DAY REDEMPTION PERIOD. WE REQUESTED THE RETURN OF OUR TRAILER, VIN # *****************, AND OFFERED TO PAY THE STORAGE CHARGES. THEY REFUSED AND SAID THEIR LAWYER WOULD CORRECT THE **** SALE PAPERWORK. THE **** SALE THEY FILED WAS BASICALLY FRAUDULENT AND BEING USED TO STEAL OUR TRAILER

    Hi I am the owner of Malwa Diesel Repair I would like to solve this issue as follows while I found this trailer in my yard so it will has storage fees cause this occupied my place for months and dmv, third party filing charges and other miscellaneous expenses on this is $8000USD so pay my expenses that what I want to solve this issue.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    We are not willing to pay any additional charges. We are willing to pay the $6,000.00 that originally was reported and pick up the trailer.
