  After submitting all the required documents and paperwork, I followed up just one time and I was briefed that they have received the paperwork once that have the funds available that it still would take some time to get what was due to me. I totally forgot about it and behold! I check arrived!Thank you!

  Payne Richards is fantastic. Within six months Payne Richards was able to resolve the issues which I could not resolve over seven years. Subsequent to a real estate closing, I was entitled to significant remaining balances on the adjusted settlement. The large national bank was impossible to deal with and continued to delay, obfuscate and attempt to defer, but Payne Richards successfully completed the resolution within months. Payne Richards was supremely professional and had the necessary safeguards in place to protect privacy and assure confidentiality. I will most defintiely use them again.

  I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Payne Richards about some stock I didn't remember that I had. Their instructions were ******* clear and I sent everything back to them on August 25, 2023. They mentioned in their letter that it could take up to 90 days days to receive my money. When the end of November rolled around I called them and I was told that it hadn't been processed yet. I called again in December and I was told the same thing. At that time they said that it could take another 90 days to receive my money. Just short of those 90 days I received a check. While it would have been nice to have received that check in time for Christmas, I am very grateful that they contacted me because if not, I would NEVER have remembered that I had this at all!

  Payne Richards and Associates located and recovered funds in an out of state bank that were rightfully mine, but about which I had previously never been informed. These were salary payments from a ******************** agency, and until Payne Richards contacted me about this I am unaware that anyone ever made an effort to contact me of these funds, in excess of $2000, which were rightfully mine. I do not object to Payne Richards 10% fee for their recovery services and in my opinion, this matter was handled professionally.

  When I spoke to your representative she told me that my claim was not valid because on the copy of the grant **** was not valid because it said that I was a joint tenant and she said that made me a renter not an owner If someone works in a law firm they should know something about the law
