      This business is NOT A SCAM! At first, I thought it was when I received a letter from them on 11/16/2023. They said I had unclaimed monies from a real estate transaction that happened many years ago involving my homeowner's insurance. I didn't believe it, so I called the insurance company and sure enough, I was owed money. It turns out that the insurance co sent the money to the state of CA. I've never lived in ** and I had to send in some paperwork to prove to ** that it was my money. It took a while going back and forth, but I worked with ******* at Payne Richards and she was great! We communicated mostly by email, but she was always available when I called. Last week, 10/5/24, I received my check for $696. It took about 10 months, but they gave me a timeframe in the original letter, so I knew it would take some time. As stated, Payne Richards took 10% from the gross amount. I am thrilled that they recovered my money. I am happy to report they are not a SCAM!

      Payne Richards & Associates provide an outstanding service we overpaid on our old house and was never informed, so they reclaimed that money plus about $50 more from a number of other sources from old accounts. Well worth the 10% they charge for their services.

      Fantastic results. I received a letter from them saying that I may receive for unclaimed funds and provided me with forms to complete. I was skeptical but complete the forms anyway following the instructions. I did receive my funds. Thank you Payne ********* and Associates.

      They contacted me by snail mail saying they located some lost money. I was sceptical but they had a good ratjng on BBB so I gave them my information and a couple months later I received a check from the state of **********. They did everything so I just had to cash the check. Excellent.
