    I purchased my 2008 **** Edge from Rhino Auto Sales on April 20th 2024. I gave them $3000 down. They sold me a car with a bad A/C compressor. *** made excuses and wasted time until the 30 day warranty was expired. *** said there was nothing he could do about it the warranty was up. I reported the business to the *** Investigatior who went out to the business to talk with the dealer. He did nothing but tell him lies.He said that he was going to fix but,"I never showed up." That is a lie. The investigator brought to my attention It was close to 90 days since i bought the car and the dealership should have already registered my car. The investigator expressed to me upon speaking with the dealer he gave *** a ticket for failure to register the vehicle at *** by the alloted time *** provides. When I call, IF I get to talk to *** he says"the paperwork is on his desk and he's sending it out to me now." I don't want to go to the dealership by myself because they are ****** as it is and I don't trust them. That has almost been 2 weeks ago. The dealer has had plenty of time to file the appropriate paperwork to legally register my car. I want everyone who reads this to stay clear of this business. They are scammers and have smart mouths I worked hard for 2 years to build my credit up to be able to get a car. I feel as if it was for nothing now. The way Ive been mistreated and lied on is rediculous. All I've had is trouble with the whole car situation. And I don't belive he has anything to get the car legally registered in the first place.Thats why he is making excuses. Something needs to be done. with situation! I'm a legal driver, pay for this vehicle on time every month. Along with full coverage insurance. The tempoary tags expired last month in July. If I get stopped I will tell the police exactly what my complaint is. I will post and re-post this complaint and review untill he gets his business in order and somethings done. I will repost.     Sorry for the delay response , **************** we pulled her account and it shows that she complain about her "Air Conditioning " problem after 60days , are warranty is 30days or 1000 miles engine and transmission . Second her paper was completed on time but she refused to come to pick them up since she reported us to the *** about her " Air Conditioning"  problem, she sent her son to pick them up a few weeks after , concussion we will not be nor fixing nor reimbursing  **************** since warranty expired and her attitude.

     I am rejecting this response because: the only reason I reported Rhino Sales is because the dealer stalled untill the 30 days were up and made broken promises(was only buying time until it ran out)to fix my air compressor for the ac that never worked While doing this is was made aware that my tags was almost 90days past due to be registered by the dealer.He is the lemon car dealer of Bakersfield . Look at his reviews. He gets off on repoing cars. He thought I wouldn't be able to pay and keep this bucket,so he could repo it. So he didnt intent on everbregistering it because he would just pick it up and sell it again.When they finally did register the vehicle.By then the dealer had paid for a ticket from a *** and was fined in the courts. 
    It took not only coplaining to BBB AND the *** investigations to make these people get some business about them. So adding up what *** paid in court and the ticket, the bad reviews, and the $1000 it cost to get this car registered. He should have made good on his promise.....the air compressor may have been cheaper to fix. Lol! Yes I sent my son to pick up the tags that they should have mailed to me like any other real business would have. Thank you.
