    I purchased a vacuum from a salesman going door to door. I paid with my credit card. The purchase was Wednesday 2/12/2025. As soon as the salesman left I knew I needed to return the vacuum. I knew the office was 80 miles from my town and felt like I should be responsible and return it to them myself. I immediately put the vacuum and the box and every part I was given into my car. I had not used the machine at all. I called the next day during office hours and spoke to a woman who said I can cancel. She was appreciative that I offered to return it. So the next chance I got to return it was the holiday, that following Monday, 2/17/2025. I drove there in the morning st the time I said I would get there. An employee helped me carry the box and the vacuum inside. I gave my signed cancellation of the agreement to the woman I had spoken with on the phone. She gave me my copy of it and said she would credit my card. That never happened. I tried calling the office on 3/10/2025 during normal business hours to ask about it but the person that answered said she would have to give a message for her boss to call me back the next day. He has not called me back. Im done bending over backwards for this company. Im the customer. I thought customers were supposed to be treated honestly and fairly. Nothing like that has occurred. They have not followed through with their end.

    So, I purchased this ***** vacuum yesterday. My parents informed me that I got into an MLM scam. I initially declined their offer of a "free" carpet cleaning but the salesman - think his name's *** ****** and he insisted and so I gave in. In comes this woman name **** ****** and this "free" carpet cleaning that was said to be about 30minutes ended up being over two hours. Later that day, I decided I'd return it. Haven't used it after the lady left but realized she had taken the box that came along with the vacuum and she took the liquid that's suppose to have come with the package. I've tried calling these people but no answer and the picture of their address shows up as 'For Lease'. I would drive over there but they close at 2pm and I don't want to make a two hour drive to a place that's likely an abandoned warehouse. I was going to ship it but no stores here have the box big enough to ship it back in a timely manner. It cost over a thousand dollars to have *** ship it immediately. I would just like to return it to seller. I have taken pictures of it. Nothing broken.
