    Letter written (to no avail) to hospital upon being ignored:I have a few questions and concerns that I would like to address::Inaccurate Narrative: The "objective" section detailing the series of events is inaccurate. I requested a blood test, during which my dog was taken from me. Upon return, *****'s was in a catatonic, almost paralytic state, which was not the case before the test. Despite this drastic change in health, the veterinarian did not enter the room to explain the situation. I suspect the misrepresentation of events in the medical note could be due to the absence of the attending veterinarian.Sudden Downturn: Despite there being no major red flags in *****'s vitals, there was a sudden downturn in her health, which adds to the confusion surrounding her condition. No Transparency I was unable to obtain the name of the technician who attended to S'mores and performed the euthanasia. Despite my repeated requests to the receptionist, she refused to provide either the technician's name or her own. This lack of transparency is concerning and unacceptable.
