    This is a email I sent to the company that pretty well sums up my issues with the company. Hello, it is a huge disappointment that this agreement has not worked out. I am a small business and value my dollar. I took a chance with your company after talking with *****, I was confident that things would be handled, and the end result would be a nice website. However, things have not gone that way at all. I do not feel there has been clarity, nor time and attention to my website from the beginning. Tom, does not follow through with communication, did not review my already live website to study my style, information, product and preferences, even after I was asked for my password for viewing it. I received someone else's website to view, and then a second mock website that was nothing like my boutique or the questioner I filled out. Tom proceeded to harass me to purchase more packages after me telling him I was not interested. I hired your business to do a job, because it was out of my scope of expertise. I was ask to put in content without any direction as to what content was needed and how to even put that content in. I was then told it wasn't part of my package, I provided the email stating that content management was included. I am unclear if content creation falls under the definition of content management, nor did I know exactly what content was needed. There is a wide range of the definition of "content". However if it does not then I believe that should've been clarified. I have discussed and reviewed the emails and conduct of Tom, to be unprofessional, and rude. Tom provided a questionnaire for content and told me that he would do the content at no charge even though it wasn't part of my package. This was presented after I requested a refund. Customers come first, I understand that lives are busy but your customer deserves time and attention for the job you are doing for them.
