    Trust Haven Solution Technician was very patient with me as I'm a bit of a basket case, he remained calm and Kept me calm. Walked me through every thing that was being done. Having windows 11 installed. Had a nice experience with the help. I want to recommend their services to others also

    THE TECHNICIAN SAVE ME BEING SCAMMED, AND ADVISED ME OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE SOLUTIONS I WOULD NEED TO TAKE, HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING WHAT WAS INVOLVED ETC. IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND HIS COMPANY SEEMS TO HAVE THE EXPERIENCE I REQUIRE TO GET MY COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING EFFICIENTLY AGAIN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRUST HAVEN SOLUTION.

    Very Very Very helpful. I had a very difficult problem that needed me to first buy a new mouse and then a new keyboard, but Michael walked me through all of it. I could not enter my pin, which stops any activity at a critical time for me. I am managing a Christmas charity and was in dire shape without my PC. Mike deserves a BIG Bonus for being patient with me.

    It always seems to cost more money. Everyone is nice and they say I need it. Monthly checks on computer, and they always ask for more money for something. I keep hearing viruses, but I thought that's why I'm paying them so much money. Wish we didn't NEED computers. It's frustrating
