    I am writing to formally complain against Villa Punta Del Cielo regarding our recent wedding event on 10-07-23. Despite our initial expectations and agreements, the services were disappointing and below acceptable standards.Firstly, there was a complete lack of communication throughout the planning process, leaving us uninformed and unsure about what to expect. This lack of transparency created unnecessary stress and confusion, leading to our special day.Furthermore, we were greeted with many issues upon arrival at the venue. The appliances and sheets were visibly dirty and unsanitary, which is unacceptable for an establishment that claims to provide quality service. We felt extremely uncomfortable allowing our guests to stay in such conditions.In addition to the cleanliness issues, the food served during the event was utterly inedible. It was not up to the standards we had agreed upon, and several guests even complained about the taste and presentation. This reflects poorly on professionalism and competency. People got sick from the food, and they would not re-cook the items. Moreover, we were appalled by the disrespectful behavior exhibited towards our hired vendors. They showed rudeness and disregard for the hardworking professionals we trusted to make our wedding day memorable. This treatment is unacceptable and unprofessional.Lastly, we were shocked when they demanded additional payment on the event day. This blatant disregard for our agreed-upon financial terms added unnecessary stress and discomfort on what should have been a joyous occasion.We believe that the conduct during our wedding event falls far below the expected industry standards and does not represent the services promised or paid for. We request your assistance in investigating these matters and taking appropriate action against them.They also will not return our deposit after numerous attempts. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we hope for a swift resolution.
