      I ordered a suspension kit and paid an initial deposit to *********************** with Full Traction Suspension on 8/7/2023 which I have attached the initial sales order receipt. He then contacted me on 12/6/2023 saying my kit was finished and that he would ship it out later that week but needed the remaining $3111 owed on the suspension kit which I paid that day. I never received my suspension kit to this day. He has attempted to send me two different freight tracking numbers. One on 3/22/2024, an email from ****** off road sales, which searching for the tracking number never existed with the shipper. He later told me over a phone call that the shipper lost or stole the suspension kit. I then received another tracking order, this time from Calmini sales on 5/13/2024 with another tracking number that did not exist with the shipper. All during these months I have been calling ***** trying to talk to him with him always having an excuse as to why things were not moving along or that he would have my kit to me or to call him later or next week. On5/21/2024 with no ability to get answers I proceeded to cancel my credit card transaction of $3111 which was credited back to my account. ***** then contacted me by phone saying that he would offer me a deeper discount and that he could get a suspension kit to me by next week if kept the order with him. I declined as I had heard numerous statements from him at this point that my trust was lost. I then proceeded to cancel my debit card transaction and have ran into the issues here. Since ***** "ran into issues and I've never had to do this in all the years I've been in business" we made the initial deposit of $3000 through venmo so the my bank wont refund me the money. I've tried to contact ***** again and all he had to say was to call him later this week. I have tried to request the money on ***** from him but to no avail.       Placed the order with FTS on NOV 8 2023 in the amount of $7115.50, we were given an 8 week lead time for shipment. By February we still hadn't heard from the company, so we started making phone calls, they made a couple claims stating they were waiting on different parts which is understandable. We let another month go by and then contacted them again requesting an update, and we were told they had all the parts but they were now waiting on some hardware. From here we have email confirmation of every interaction we have attempted to have with them because their story has changed so many time. I sent and email on March 28th requesting a refund if they did not have my order sent in full by the following Friday. That following Friday we still had not received anything, so we called and they gave us a tracking number. That tracking number was not valid and could not be located so we contacted them as well as the carrier company. The carrier had no record(also have email proof) and we received no response from Full Traction until 3 days later when they gave us a valid tracking number that they stated was supposed to be our order in full. The shipment they sent did arrived but wasn't even a quarter of the original order, so we contacted them again asking where the rest of the order is. I'm deployed overseas and got a phone call out and spoke to the owner who promised we would have an entire shipment by 5 Apr 2024. After 5 April passed with no updates or tracking we contacted them again, and at first they stated it was sent but can't find the tracking numbers, and then a few days later turned into they are waiting on parts to ship from suppliers, when they already stated they had everything. I want them to fill the order or give me a complete refund.

      I purchased a lift kit on July 12, 2023 from *********************** by giving 1/2 down (3K) deposit and was told the kit would be available in around 7 weeks, due to parts constraints in the industry since Covid. After following up for months, and being lied to, as I was told all my parts were in a box waiting for shocks to be put on top and it was ready to ship, like several other of their orders. I know now that was never true. I was finally told on Feb 20, 2024 that the kit was complete but certain parts were being shipped separately. I paid the balance of over ***** and the first shipment was received by the shop later that week. I was told to have my shop start the job and all the parts would arrive before we needed them. This didn't happen and now my truck has been sitting disassembled at my shop waiting for the parts that I paid for in full. The shop owner is upset that his vehicle lift and a good portion of his shop has been rendered useless for weeks while my truck sits waiting for parts. We are missing key components and also the most valuable of the components. Every week I get the same story that ***** is waiting for vendors to fill the order despite ***** previously telling me he had all the parts. I told ***** in writing today, March 18, 2024 that he has until this Friday 3.22.24 to fill the order or I need a full refund. ***** needs to arrange return shipping since I paid for shipping already and didn't get the majority value of the kit. The installation shop has told me since the job is taking longer than agreed the labor price is higher than agreed and ***** agreed to pay that difference. We don't have the parts though to finish the job. I need some help here.
