    I brought tires from this manufacturer though *******. Com in September and they are no good. I tried calling them and they keep giving me a run around and that they have gotten on contract with ******* about the problem but I still haven't received any information. I got in contact with ******* they are telling me they can't do anything. I'm ****** right now because someone owes me new tires and a refund. Everyone is telling me that they can't help me. Or they can't do anything. I can't even drive my car with staying on the road.

    We bought this brand tires back in August. I am already having to replace them. They only have ***** miles on them.

    Hello, On Nov 15, 2022 I purchased Lexani 4 tires through *********** a manufacturers warranty of ******miles 4 tires arrived and were professionally installed (TireChoice ) Nov 21, 2022 Currently at ****** miles of wear there are cords showing, the tire is coming apart and additionally; is the reason I have failed the vehicle safety inspection. I have not abused or misused the tires in anyway they still have tread but the interior sidewall is spilt. I have called Lexani to file a warranty claim to which they ignore my request.

    My husband and I purchased a ***** XC-90 from CarMax in 2019 with ****** miles on it. We were told the previous owner put new tires on right before selling it to them. This was very obvious by the tread. Mid February of 2023 we noticed our car was pulling to the side very badly when driving. We thought it might be the alignment and took it in to ******************* to fix on Feb. 20th. After they did the alignment, they said the car was still pulling. We then had them rotate the tires and change the front brake pads and rotors hoping that would solve the issue on March 07 2023. When they went to rotate the tires they noticed that all the tires had a belt shift in them due to manufacture defect and stated that they have good tread, but have knots on them due to the belt shift causing the car to pull and wobble. I started with ****** who then told me to go to ***** who then told me to look up the tire manufacturer myself. I did that and found this website: ********************************************** . I have called and filled out the submission form as well as email. The phone would just ring with no answer. I never received a response from my submission form sent on March 22nd, 2023. I also received a mailer-daemon when I tried there email address. I am now looking at paying near $2,000 for new tires when the tires I have don't even have ****** miles on them with good tread from a manufacturer defect. Please help.

    I am in need of assistance. last week My entire Tire and wheel flew off my car while driving on the freeway last thursday around 8pm . I took my car for repair and was told by the technician that the wheels are too big for the original equipment studs. The repair consisted of replacing broken wheel studs and cost $476. today I took the wheels and rims to the original place of purchase CTW ********************************************** and spoke with *********************, he said he is unable to assist me with a resolution, I called Lexani and spoke to a sales Rep name *****, he was also unable to assist me. As you can imagine the scare and concern of an entire wheel flying off my car while traveling with my family on the freeway, the thought of causing serious injury or death. I removed the lexani wheels from my car and am reaching out to you for assistance to replacing my wheels with the correct size for my vehicle. I paid cash for my tires and Rims costing me well over $2,400 I have not owned the rims that long. I am extremely upset that I am out my money the Wheel information: F20o339/20x10J 20inch Rim. G177 20.21.22 I can be reached ************ thank you *************************
