    I called to install blinds under my curtains in master bedroom. ******************************* came to give estimate. He said blinds won't work but shades would. I agreed and signed a contract. The contract clearly says he will hang the curtains appropriately after installing the shades". No contact for 3 weeks. When I called, agreed to come next day. He removed my curtains and installed the roller shades. When he put the curtain back, it is now 3-4 inches above the floor. The valance is completely messed up. The curtain itself is uneven, on right side it is an inch inside the frame, and more than 7 inches outside the frame. When I told him about the issue, at the very moment he picked up his tools and left instantly. Next afternoon he called me to come and get the balance. When asking for curtain, he said he was not going to touch the curtain even though it was agreed upon and was a contract term. At that point I ask if he can take his rollers back and refund my deposit, he said he will as soon as he gets rollers back.I had my contractor remove the roller shades and texted him to schedule a time to pick up. He did not respond. When I called him, as soon as he heard my name, he hung up and blocked me.Request refund of deposit and take his merchandise back as agreed upon.
