    I placed an order with this company on 4/16/2025 for 24 glass bottles. They were supposed to arrive 4/28/25 according to their website. I have left multiple messages via chat; I have left emails and called their posted number that continues to go to VM. My only communication is with someone named *** from a chat session, who keeps telling me he is going to escalate this to production. I have now missed the date that I needed these bottles for. I've asked for my money back, but nobody picks up a phone answers an email or calls you back. ****** learned, go to 4 Imprint, great customer service, can even expedite your product to meet deadlines when other companies like, Silk Letter just steals your money. Now the chore of getting my money back from my bank due, due to no product from Silk Letter. Do not do business with this company!

    I placed an order on August 2 with silkletter for 40 custom dry bags for my staff. They responded on August 3 that the colors I ordered were out of stock and sent me an inventory list of what was available and currently in stock. I ordered new dry bags using the available colors (there were over 100 items available). On august 12, they responded again that the items I ordered were out of stockthe items they had said were in stock according to the inventory list. I placed a new order for a different item. They told me the item would ship with 3 day shipping on august 19. On august 24, they reached out again for a new shipping address. Why didn't they ask during the four phone conversations or multiple email exchanges prior to this?? I don't know. They never sent a confirmation email or a shipping notification so I cannot track my order. As of today, august 29, almost a full month after I placed my initial order, they say it is expected to be out for delivery.

    I have ordered many custom items from several different companies before. Silkletter does not seem to have the capacity to offer the products, timing, or ******** ******* necessary for the scope of their product offerings. I will choose a different company in the future and would not recommend silkletter to anyone.

Should an order fall in production queue before your order then the inventory is allocated to the first order in line. We will review all of the communication to see how we can serve our customers better in the future.
