    The owner of company "******" came with a child to install 8 cameras of "high quality and value" with his own cables, and TV for display at our business location located at **** ****** ****** Way in Banning, CA. The business is M&M Lube and Repair. Cameras are viewable through app on cellular device as well and through TV provided. After 3 months of use, cameras started failing. Constant reset managed to do the job until ultimately we gave up after attempts to contact the company. Cameras would work on and off irregularly. On Feb of 2023 we had a theft incident and cameras were failed. I reached out for repairs, the owner came by to trying to sell me his contracted WIFI and said multiple reasons were issues when they weren't. He would keep making excuses of common sense that were false. He eventually made them work and the following day 2 cameras failed again. On 2/13/23 all but 1 camera failed and are not working and i had another theft incident. Attempted to contact and now states my reason of failure is because we constantly changed our password which 1. Doesn't make sense and was never advised to not do and 2. it was only changed once when initial installation happened and again on his maintenance trip to our shop. Overall a lot of lies, fraud, and terrible experience has been caused by this and no type of warranty or reimbursement of over $4000 expense has been made and many other clients of his have the exact same story. He's selling "High quality US made cameras" that are cheap and bad. Not looking for much, just would like some sort of reimbursement and for people to stay away from this business. Does not follow up with customers, explain warranties, and does not sell what he advertises to be.
