    Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED. I do not recommend this business for last minute requests even if they say they are able to do so. Dropped off my suit on the 13th and was told it'd be ready for pickup on the 15th by 5pm. Got to Pixie's around 4PM today the 15th, just to see a sign on their front door saying they were closed DUE to COVID. I am not upset that they were closed due to COVID, but the fact that they did not give any type of courtesy call or notification about their situation. On top of that, they DO NOT have updated hours due to their COVID situation. My phone number was clearly written on the receipt. My grandmother's viewing and church service is on the 16th. Thanks Pixie's, now I have nothing to wear. I left a voicemail and am waiting a response. Thank you.
