    My vehicle was towed and while towing my vehicle from my driveway I was dragged with the vehicle. I have been calling to find where my vehicle is located and they will not tell me where the vehicle is located so I can get my property out my vehicle.

    This is the invoice that I received from the dealer when I paid off my vehicle and the vehicle was returned to me. Innovative had took my vehicle to the dealer. My vehicle is a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. My car is now having mechanical issues that were not present before it was repossessed.

    Good morning the customer is making false accusations we have have her several appointments to retrieve her personal property also the lien holder is the one who requested the tow they are the ones that have the vehicle customer at no time did we deny her permission to retrieve her personal property it took her over a month but she finally picked it up

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I am not making any false accusations. The only reason it took me a month to retrieve my property is because they were not answering  the phone.  When someone (a female) did answer she was rude and obnoxious. She even hung up the phone. I only had 3 appointments to go get my items. The first appointment i was late due to traffic and i was in contact with them the whole time. The second appointment i got there late cause my car kept over heating due to the damage that was dine to my vehicle when it was towed. The third appointment i was there on time and only received my safe not the rest of my property that was taken from my vehicle.  Each appointment was days apart because they were not answering the phone. I never recieved an itemized list of my property that was in my vehicle. I still have items from my vehicle that are missing.
